November 2, 2012 DIA DE LOS MUERTOS
The Day of the Dead is a colorful celebration of those who have passed on, bringing whimsical sugar sculls, marigolds, and opulently decorated altars to the streets of Mexico and beyond. Polanco Gallery, a Hayes Valley Institution since 1990, had an incredible display for the Dia de Los Muertos. The Gallery showcases the best Mexican folk crafts, contemporary fine art, antiques and jewelry. I can't wait for their upcoming holiday displays!
