CARNOVSKY ARRIVES AT BLIK
Ever heard of wall graphics that change under the lights? Get ready to be wowed. Carnovsky, the Milan based artist/design duo of Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla have teamed up with us to launch Rosoni, a collection of four patterns based on their dynamic RGB (red, green, blue) design project. The wall graphics change depending on how they are lit, a concept not seen with wall coverings before Carnovsky pioneered the idea in 2010.
Known for their innovative RGB wallpaper, Carnovsky utilizes the RGB technique of using red, green and blue colored lights to make different images appear based on the color used. The Rosone designs are a mash-up of flowers, plants, twisting reptiles and dancing mammals. Each is entwined and mixed-up to create an iris of nature. With each Rosone design, the image will change depending upon whether they are lit with a red, green or blue light. By simply changing the light color in a space, the art reveals different elements. How cool is that!

TRINA TURK: PRIMARY COLORS
The new Trina Turk collection for fall 2012 is a fun portrayal of geometric prints. The collection was inspired by Sonia Delaunay who was a french artist well known for her strong colors and geometric shapes. The quirky patterned collection is a perfect play off of the geometric prints and color pallet of the Sonia Delaunay style. The fall colors and simple shades provide the perfect balance of bright and dark. The prints of the dresses are unique and eye catching. So many different geometric elements form one print. The fun prints, colors and inspiration behind each separate make this such an awesome collection!
