DVF: IT'S A WRAP

According to Publisher's Weekly, "In 1973, Diane Von Furstenburg introduced her now famous wrap dress, an outfit she estimates has 'found its way into almost every closet in America,' becoming a cultural icon, symbolic of women's growing sexual and financial freedom."

As Diane says, "Feel like a woman, wear a dress." Diane brought the dress to America during the time where women were celebrating their newfound liberation. It's pretty amazing that today, 40 years later, the dress still speaks to all generations of women. It's become not just a dress, it became a lifestyle.
