It was a definite feeding frenzy on Saturday afternoon at the newly opened, much anticipated TopShop at the Grove. The British newcomer is a mecca for affordable, patterned, chic fashion. I loved the mix of fabrics and styles. There was something for everyone, even a "TopShop for Men" boutique with heritage styles.

Today, I wanted to share some of my recent work, which I have been trying to make more time for! I love watercolor painting (and alway seem to focus on pretty blooms) so I have been experimenting with new techniques and materials. I am finally trying to put my new, brightly colored gouache set (Christmas present to myself) to good use. Wish me luck! See some of my previous work here and here.

Wanted to share a few of my recent pattern finds. Went to American Rag on Monday to check out all the gorgeous vintage clothes, and I couldn't stop photographing the fun florals. I like the color palettes and bold strokes of these large blooms.
