The A+R store has expanded to the newly opened La Brea Arts complex, and with the move added numerous items to its unique home wares. The new space allows for larger scale pieces and furniture, as well as creative wall displays. The sunlit store displayed its Kaleido Trays bold tabletop arrangements, the neon geometries glowing against the neutral backdrop.

It's always fun being a tourist in your own town. Whenever I have friends visiting, I get to explore the city I live in with a fresh perspective. Last weekend we visited the LACMA Kubrick show. I always love LACMA, even if it means stopping in for a coffee and pastry at the new cafe, perusing the gift shop, and check out a few of the site specific installations. The Kubrick exhibit was super involved, and definitely worth a long visit.

Happy Valentine's Day! I recently discovered the gorgeous, graphic correspondance from Evite's Postmark. The couture invitations are available to customize and send virtually. I love how tactile they look: the colors pop off the page as do the paper textures.

Wow! I definitely had a busy winter, and it's great to finally present some of my latest collaborations. I worked on this identity system for Chelsea, a San Francisco Events and Floral Designer. Chelsea has a great eye for pattern and color, and it was a true pleasure working with her to come up with a logo and identity that fit her vibrant business.
