ART.COM: WALLS & ART

When wandering around Union Square last Christmas, we had the chance to discover the ART.COM pop up shop. I've ordered a couple of items from art.com in the past, but it was cool to see so much of their art in person. The store features curated collections from some pretty famous artists/designers like Nigel Barker, Jonathan Adler, and Rex Ray. It's always better to see things from the website up close and personal. I especially like the first floor where they feature vignettes organized by color and mood. The art is framed in innovative ways and printed on diverse materials, from canvas to plexi.

I predict this store is going to be a Gateway Drug for many of us who may not have shopped art.com previously-- but now that we're been able to see what we've been missing may become pretty active patrons.
